A Complete Home Inspection provides Neighbors Home Inspections (NHI) customers with a Home Energy Report, Radon Testing and Measurements, as well as a thorough Termite Inspection. All in addition to the comprehensive evaluation included with our Standard Home Inspection.
When purchasing an older home, your homeowner insurance provider may require a 4 Point Inspection to obtain coverage . This type of inspection focuses on the 4 major systems (HVAC + Electrical + Plumbing + Roof). Providers want to ensure that these systems have been properly maintained and are in good working order.
Seller Inspections (also referred to as Pre-Listing Inspections) are becoming more popular because they virtually eliminate all the pitfalls and hassles associated with waiting to do the home inspection until a buyer is found. An advantage to the seller, home buyer, and the real estate agent. In many ways, waiting to schedule the inspection until after a home goes under agreement is too late.
